<br />SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br /> <br />TITLE 26 <br /> <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />Chapter 3 <br /> <br />Implementation of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Guidelines <br /> <br />&26.3.100: IMPLEMENTATION OF CEQA GUIDELINES. In implementing CEQA and <br />the Guidelines for Implementation of CEQA when assessing the potential environmental impacts <br />of a proposed project, the Redevelopment Agency will utilize the most current amended version of <br />the Act and Guidelines. For projects that are deemed to require some level of environmental <br />documentation; i.e., Categorical Exemption, Mitigated Negative Declaration/Negative Declaration, <br />or Environmental Impact Report, the Agency shall follow the procedures for preparation of said <br />documents, including preparation of appropriate notices, as provided for in the Guidelines. <br /> <br />&26.3.105: FORMS.
