<br />MINUTES Page 2 <br />City of San Leandro City COWlcil and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting-December 18, 2006 <br /> <br />· A Certificate of Recognition was presented to Strategic Solutions for being named "2006 <br />Rookie of the Year" by the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce. <br />· A Certificate of Recognition was presented to Dale Reed for being awarded the "2006 <br />Lifetime Membership Award" by the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce. <br />· A Certificate of Recognition was presented to Karen Dolan for being named "2006 <br />Ambassador of the Year" by the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce. <br />· A Certificate of Recognition was presented to Debbie Wong for being named "2006 <br />Leadership San Leandro Alumni of the Year" by the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce. <br />· A Certificate of Recognition was presented to Arlene Lum for being named "2006 Team <br />Player of the Year" by the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce. <br />· A Certificate of Recognition was presented to Gladys Marr for being named "BZA <br />Mascot Extraordinaire" in recognition of her perfect attendance at San Leandro Board of <br />Zoning Adjustments meetings. <br />· A Certificate of Recognition was presented to Don Graff upon his retirement after 31 <br />years of dedicated service to the Alameda County Fire Department and the County of <br />Alameda. <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the <br />Mayor. Ms. Aborashed provided a copy of the report to members of the <br />
