<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-135 <br /> <br />(3105) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH RIGHT -OF - WAY LINES <br />(EDEN ROAD FROM DOOLITTLE DRIVE TO END, AND AN EXTENSION OF <br />BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE FROM DAVIS STREET TO EDEN ROAD) AND <br />SET THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR JANUARY 16,2007 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That it is the intention of the City Council to establish right-of-way lines for Eden Road <br /> <br />from Doolittle Drive to end, and an extension of Business Center Drive from Davis Street to <br /> <br />Eden Road, in the City of San Leandro, all as more particularly set forth on that certain map <br /> <br />entitled "PLAN LINE; EDEN ROAD" dated June 1,2006, and filed in the office of the City <br /> <br />Engineer. All interested parties are referred to said map for a full and detailed description of <br /> <br />such proposed right-of-way lines. These proceedings are taken pursuant to the provisions of <br /> <br />Chapter 7, Title 7 of the San Leandro Municipal Code as of 2002. <br /> <br />The San Leandro Planning Commission in its October 12, 2006 meeting found the <br /> <br />proposed right-of-way lines to be in conformance with the General Plan and recommended <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, January 16,2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council <br /> <br />Chambers of the City Council of said City, City Hall 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br /> <br />California, any and all persons having any objections to the establishment of the proposed right- <br /> <br />of-way lines may appear before said Council and show cause why the establishment of said <br /> <br />right-of-way lines should not be ordered. Objections to the establishment of the proposed right- <br /> <br />of-way lines may be filed in writing with the City Clerk at any time not later than the hour set for <br />
