Said publication shall not be less than ten days prior to <br /> <br /> <br />the date of hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Copies of this resolution shall be posted conspicuously along the street or streets in front <br /> <br />of each block where such right-of-way lines are proposed to be established at least ten days <br /> <br /> <br />before the date of hearing.
