<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-137 <br /> <br />(3058) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR <br />WASHINGTON MANOR PARK AQUATIC CENTER, PROJECT NO. 210-62-002 <br /> <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and Sausal Corporation, dated August 1, 2005 by <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2005-124, Washington Manor Park Aquatic Center, Project No. 210-62-002, has <br /> <br />been completed. <br /> <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br /> <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br /> <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br /> <br />project. <br /> <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br /> <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> <br />4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br /> <br />said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br /> <br />Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br /> <br />given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Badger and passed and adopted this 18th day of December <br /> <br />2006, by the following called vote: <br />
