That the name of the surety upon the bond of thc Contractor for said work of improvemcnt is as follows: Liberty Mutuallnsurancc Company. 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 18th day of December 2006. 4. The nature of the intercst or estate or the City of San Leandro as owner of the WASHINGTON MANOR PARK AQUATIC CENTER, PROJECT NO. 03-210-62- 002, is that of fee simple title in certain land designated as 14900 Zelma Street, San Leandro, California as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
