He liked requiring two parking spaces per <br />unit for two-family homes. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Pollart replied that a covered space could be a carport or a garage. <br /> <br />Chair Raposo believed that tandem parking was something that would be used widely in the <br />future. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Pollart asked if tandem parking should be allowed in any of the zoning <br />districts or just considered only in the RO District. <br /> <br />Chair Raposo and Vice Chair Goldt felt that all zoning districts should allow it. <br /> <br />Member Eliason agreed, as long as the parking spaces served the same dwelling unit, such as <br />with RM, multi-family units. <br /> <br />Member Mar.- asked if only one parking space be required for the Darius Road project that was <br />to have more than seven bedrooms, if one more parking space for more than four bedrooms was <br />approved. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Pollart stated that she was correct, but the Board could change it. <br /> <br />Chair Raposo asked how many parking spaces were originally planned for that project. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Poll art replied that a total of nine parking spaces had been planned. <br /> <br />Member Mar.- recalled that approximately 20 people had planned to live in that house. <br /> <br />-I + + + + + + + + -I -1- + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + I- + + + + + + + + + + + + -I + + + <br />
