<br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />Downtown San Leandro Storefront and Signage Design Guidelines <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Main Street Property Services ("MSPS") will develop and produce the proposed Downtown <br />Guide for Downtown San Leandro. MSPS will sub-contract with SZFM Design Studio <br />("SZFM") for the completion of their scope of work for the Downtown Guide. Components of <br />the Downtown Guide include: <br /> <br />Signs and storefronts are vital to the success of a store. A sign is influenced by its location in <br />relation to buildings, streets, sidewalks and other signs. The street is a "gallery" for the many <br />forms of sign art that are viewed by the public.
