<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-003 <br /> <br />(3108) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP 8696 FOR 2954-2998 TEAGARDEN STREET, <br />ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 0778-1201-034-01, <br />OWNER: TEAGARDEN BUSINESS CENTER, LLC <br /> <br />Findings <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with <br /> <br />the provisions fiJr its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />A parcel map entitled "Parcel Map 8696, City or San Leandro, Alameda County, <br /> <br />California" has been submitted to this Council. <br /> <br />The City Engineer has stated that said parcel map is technically cOlTect, and that the <br /> <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions ofTiUe VII, Chapter 1 orthe San Leandro <br /> <br />Municipal Code and with the provisions ofihe Subdivision Map Act. <br /> <br />The City Engineer's Report for Parcel Map 8696 is incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of'the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />A. That said Parcel Map 869(j is categorically exempt from the environmental review <br /> <br />requirement ofCEQA, under Class 15, Minor Land Subdivisions, ofTitlc 2, Chapter 1 orthe San <br /> <br />Leandro Administrati ve Code. <br /> <br />B. That said Parcel Map 8696 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions listed in <br /> <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 16th day or January, <br /> <br />2007, by the following called vote: <br />
