PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />Mayor Young announced the (()llowing presentations made since the last City Council <br />M ecti ng: <br />· ^ proclamation was issued declaring January 2004 as "Volunteer Blood Donor Month" in <br />San Leandro. <br />· A contribution was made from the Mayor's Community Fund to the Lavender Seniors of <br />the East Bay. <br /> <br />Mayor Young announced she plans to attend the Fliends of San Leandro Creek's annual <br />Environmental Forum on Saturday, Pebruary 21, 2004. <br /> <br />A.
