Report on Closed Session Actions Taken <br /> <br />Mayor Y OLlllg reported that earlier this evening the City Council mct in closed session <br />regarding the City Manager's annual perfon11ance evaluation. The City Council <br />unanimously approved an extension to the City Ma.nager's contract through FY 2004-05 <br />under the smne terms and conditions as his previous contract. <br /> <br />B. Discussion Regarding the Impact of Associated Community Action Program (ACAP) <br />Stair Reductions by Alameda County. (2394) <br /> <br />COllncilmember Grant gave background on the matter and noted the situation with <br />ACAP stanlng has not improved. She stated that the ACAI) Executive Director was <br />reassigned to another position within the County, and there is no eligibility list available <br />to replace her. At its February 11, 2004 meeting, the ACAP Goveming Board asked to <br />be informcd about next steps in the staffing situation. To date, the Board has not <br />
