Discussion Regarding the Impact of Associated Community Action Program (ACAP) <br />Stair Reductions by Alameda County. (2394) <br /> <br />COllncilmember Grant gave background on the matter and noted the situation with <br />ACAP stanlng has not improved. She stated that the ACAI) Executive Director was <br />reassigned to another position within the County, and there is no eligibility list available <br />to replace her. At its February 11, 2004 meeting, the ACAP Goveming Board asked to <br />be informcd about next steps in the staffing situation. To date, the Board has not <br />
