The public is invited to <br />make comments on items of public interest NOT listed on the Agenda. <br /> <br />Harold Perez, Davis West Neighborhood Group, addressed the City Council regarding <br />several issues with a residence on Warden Avenue and the possibility of opening Eden Road <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council regarding Brown Act <br />issues and the need for Brown Act refonn. <br /> <br />6. CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br /> <br />City Manager Jertnanis commented that the Police Department is aware of the situation <br />described by Mr. Perez, and statf will look into the issues. <br />
