Harold Perez, Davis West Neighborhood Group, addressed the City Council regarding several issues with a residence on Warden Avenue and the possibility of opening Eden Road Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council regarding Brown Act issues and the need for Brown Act refonn. 6. CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY REPORTS AND COMMENTS City Manager Jertnanis commented that the Police Department is aware of the situation described by Mr. Perez, and statf will look into the issues.
