Matter of a Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San Leandro <br />Administrative Code Relating to Fiscal Year 2004-05 Fees and Charges for Services <br />Provided by City Departments and COlTecting the Amount of a Fiscal Year 2003-04 <br />Fee (amends user fees and service charges for various City depmiments, to be <br />ellective July 1,2004, in most cases). <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above (naUer, City Manager <br />Jermanis gave an overview of the item. He introduced Assistant City Manager/Acting <br />Finance Director Ed Schilling, who gave a PowerPoint presentation descrihing the fees <br />proposed to be increased. <br /> <br />Mayor Young asked [or clarification on site plan review. Community Development <br />Director Hanson Hom stated that site plan review is a process implemented through the <br />Zoning Code. It is an administrative review process for residential L1ses and covers all <br />single-t:mlily additions, large additions and new single-family homes. Mr. Hom <br />described the types of projects which would require a minor versus a major site plan <br />reVIew. <br />
