Proclamation of Affordable Housing Week, June 5 to June 13,2004. <br /> <br />Tom Lauderbach, a San Leandro resident and n1ember of East Bay Housing <br />Organizations (EBHO), accepted the Affordable Housing Week proclan1ation. <br /> <br />C. Presentation of Flag Day Program. <br /> <br />Martin A. Francis, coordinator of the Flag Day program for the past 28 years, asked <br />Mayor Young to read a statement he prepared for the City Council. In his statell1ent, <br />Mr. Francis expressed regret that he can no longer continue to coordinate the traditional <br />Flag Day program and requested that the City of San Leandro identify son1eone to carry <br />on the tradition. He expressed willingness to turn over his collection of historical and <br />current flags to his successor. <br /> <br />Mr. Francis announced the Flag Day ceremony to be held on Saturday, June 12 at the <br />San Leandro Main Library. <br /> <br />3.
