CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> <br />Rob Caughell, October 2004 Employee of the Month, led the Pledge of Allegiance to <br />the Flag. <br /> <br />B. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Melnbers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />Mayor Young announced the following presentations were made since the last regular City <br />Councillueeting: <br /> <br />A contribution was made from the Mayor's Community Fund to the San Leandro Rotary <br />Club. <br />A Certificate of Appreciation was presented to Leadership San Leandro on its loth <br />Anniversary. <br />A Proclmua60n was issued declaring September 26, 2004 as "Ivan Cornelius Day" in San <br />Leandro in recognition of his 40 years in the real estate profession. <br /> <br />A. Recognition of the Employee of the Month for the Month of October 2004, <br />Rob Caughell, Senior Human Resources Analyst, Human Resources. <br /> <br />Rob Caughell was present to receive his award. <br />
