Presentation of Commendation to the San Leandro Buccaneers Baseball Team, 2004 <br />National Champions of the U.S. Amateur Baseball Association and American <br />Athletic Union. <br /> <br />The coach and members of the San Leandro Buccaneers Baseball Team were present to <br />receive the Commendation. <br /> <br />3. The public is invited to <br />make comlnents on items of public interest NOT listed on the Agenda. <br /> <br />Anna Moirao, 1236 Minerva Street, addressed the City Council regarding concerns about a <br />car parked for weeks on Minerva Street and a neighbor operating an auto repair business from <br />his garage. <br /> <br />Harold Perez, 2052 Vestal Court, addressed the City Council, suggesting that money spent <br />on the Westgate Parkway Extension Proj ect could be better spent improving Eden Road. He <br />conllnented regarding the number of cats allowed per household, an instance of animal cruelty <br />and the practice of burning garbage in an in-ground pit. <br />
