Posthumous Resolution COlnmending Alban "AI" Cayere for his Years of Service on the Library-Historical Commission. Mrs. Kathy Cayere accepted the Posthumous Resolution Commending Al Cayere for his years of service on the Library-Historical Commission. C. Presentation of Commendation to the San Leandro Buccaneers Baseball Team, 2004 National Champions of the U.S. Amateur Baseball Association and American Athletic Union. The coach and members of the San Leandro Buccaneers Baseball Team were present to receive the Commendation. 3. Anna Moirao, 1236 Minerva Street, addressed the City Council regarding concerns about a car parked for weeks on Minerva Street and a neighbor operating an auto repair business from his garage. Harold Perez, 2052 Vestal Court, addressed the City Council, suggesting that money spent on the Westgate Parkway Extension Proj ect could be better spent improving Eden Road. He conllnented regarding the number of cats allowed per household, an instance of animal cruelty and the practice of burning garbage in an in-ground pit.
