CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilnlenlber Santos commented that he has received numerous complaints regarding <br />illegally parked cars and cars with expired registration tags. <br /> <br />Counci1menlber Nardine commented that she has been made aware that SOlne people with <br />expired registration tags will unscrew license plates from cars with valid tags and place them <br />on cars which do not have valid registration. She suggested that the police may want to check <br />the VIN numbers on cars to catch this problem. <br />
