CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> <br />Mayor Young led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />B. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />After consulting with Fire Marshal Theresa Johnson, Mayor Young announced to the <br />audience that no one would be allowed to stand in the aisle ways or doorways. <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Public Hearing COlnments are lin1ited to 5 minutes per person, subject to adjustment by the <br />Mayor. When you address the City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it <br />to the City Clerk so the order of speakers Inay be determined and an official record of names <br />and addresses obtained. <br /> <br />A. Matter of Possible Zoning Code Amendments, as an Urgency Ordinance, Related to <br />Crelnatories and Possible Extension of an Interim Urgency Ordinance Prohibiting <br />Consideration and Approval of Use Permits, Variances, Building Permits, Start of <br />New Construction, or Other Entitlements for Any New Crelnatory within the City for <br />
