<br />l\lINUTES Page 4 <br />City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting-November 1,2004 <br /> <br />Mr. Cooke indicated that, now that more grant funds are available, the City can look <br />into using them for re-striping. <br /> <br />Mayor Young commented that Oil Johnson, who is on the Bicycle and Pedestrian <br />Advisory Committee, is also the City's representative to the Bicycle and Pedestrian <br />Committee for ACTIA. She mentioned that Mr. Johnson is blind, rides a tandem bike <br />and walks the City's streets, and is therefore very knowledgeable in these areas. <br /> <br />.
