<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-111 <br /> <br />(3077) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR HERON BAY TRAIL FRONTAGE <br />LANDSCAPE RENOVATION, PHASE 2, PROJECT NO. 147-42-144 <br /> <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and Oracle Landscape, dated February 21,2006, <br /> <br />by Resolution No. 2006-019, Heron Bay Trail Frontage Landscape Renovation, Phase 2, Project <br /> <br />No. 147-42-144, has been completed. <br /> <br />Said work has been conlpleted in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br /> <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br /> <br />recomnlends that said work be accepted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br /> <br />proj ect. <br /> <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for perfomlance and paYment of said conditions <br /> <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> <br />4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br /> <br />said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br /> <br />Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br /> <br />given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Badger and passed and adopted this 2nd day of October <br /> <br />2006, by the following called vote: <br />
