NOTICE OF COMPLETION Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 3093 of the Califon1ia Civil Code: 1. That on or about the 21 st day of February 2006, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with ORACLE LANDSCAPE, 150 MASON CIRCLE, SUITE J, CONCORD, CA 94520 as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, HERON BAY TRAIL FRONTAGE LANDSCAPE RENOVATION, PHASE 2, PROJECT NO. 147-42-144. 2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as follows: Financial Pacific Insurance Company 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 2nd day of October 2006. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the HERON BAY TRAIL FRONTAGE LANDSCAPE RENOVATION, PHASE 2, PROJECT NO. 147-42-144, is that of fee simple title ill certain land designated as a portion of the Heron Bay Trail, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
