The eXIsting design of the proposed condominium subdivision and the proposed <br />improvements are not likely to cause substantial envirolllllental damage or substantially <br />and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br /> <br />E. The existing design of the residential townhouses for conversion into a condominium and <br />necessary on-site improvements are not likely to cause serious public health problems. A <br />residential subdivision will not involve any significant amounts of hazardous nlaterials or <br />products. <br /> <br />F. The design of the subdivision or type of inlprovements will not conflict \vith or affect any <br />existing easements. <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />There has been submitted to this Council, a tentative map entitled "Vesting Tentative Map, Tract <br />No. 7791, San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br /> <br />The City Engineer has certified that said Vesting Tentative Map, is technically correct; and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 13 of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code and the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That the Vesting Tentative Map, Tract No. 7791 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions of <br />PLN2006 -00031 (Vesting Tentative Map and Condominium Plan) prescribed by the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Starosciak and passed and adopted this 16th day of October, 2006, <br />by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~l~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-115 <br /> <br />2 <br />
