Mayor Young is currently helping to <br />form a coalition of California airport noise forums to work with the FAA, <br />which should he established within the year. Mayor Young offered a <br />compromise, suggesting Councilmember Santos he appointed as <br />Representative in January of 2004 when this work is complete. <br />
