Presentation of Proclamation proclaiming April 28 - May 4, 2003 as West Nile Virus <br />Awareness Week in the City of San Leandro. <br /> <br />John Rusmisel, Executive Director of the Mosquito Abatement District, accepted the <br />West Nile Virus Awareness Week proclamation. <br /> <br />C.
