The Hearing was then opened to the public. Mike Rawlis, 964 Hutchings Drive, addressed the City Council, objecting to the closure of parks while they are being remodeled. There being no further cormnents frOln the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing was closed. Resolution No. 2003-090, resolution Approving Amendments to the FY2002-2003 Consolidated Action Plan to Delete from the Project List ADA Improvements to Chabot and Halcyon Parks, to Close the Handicap Ramp Project, to Add Bonaire Park Renovation and Memorial Park Design and to Change the Scope of Work on Cherry Grove Park from ADA Improvements to Design of the Cherry Grove Park Playground M/S/C Glaze and Grant. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: 1 (Stephens) B. Matter of Ren10val of Poles, Overhead Wires, and Associated Overhead Structures from Portions of East 14th Street and West Estudillo Avenue and Abutting Properties, Including Intersecting Streets, and Amending the Existing Underground District on East 14th Street (establishes two underground utility districts [one each along East 14th Street and West Estudillo Avenue] and amends the existing underground utility district on East 14th Street from the southern City limits to 153rd Avenue). (2874/2979/2980) This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager Jermanis introduced Engineering and Transportation Director Uche Udemezue, who described the proposed project areas and scope. The Hearing was then opened to the public. Mike Rawlis, 964 Hutchings Drive, addressed the City Council, expressing concern regarding the disruption to property owners during the installation and repair of underground utility lines. There being no further comments fron1 the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing was closed.
