Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor <br />Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />A. Recognition of the Employee of the Month for the month of May 2003, <br />Ronda Long, Maintenance Assistant III, City Manager's Office, Central Services. <br /> <br />Ronda Long was present to receive her award. <br /> <br />B. Proclamation of May 2003 as Older Americans Month in San Leandro. <br /> <br />Betty Bailey accepted the proclamation for Older Americans Month on behalf of the <br />Senior Commission. Mayor Young announced various events planned in celebration <br />of Older Americans Month. <br /> <br />C. Presentation by Emergency Services Manager Dan Lunsford of a $25,000 State Grant <br />for Hazard Mitigation Planning. <br />
