Matter of Allocation of Handgun Tax Revenues for Anti-Violence Programs <br />(recommends designation of the Handgun Tax revenue as a Reserve for Anti-Violence <br />Programs and establishment of an Anti-Violence Program expense account from which <br />$74,000 will be allocated in fiscal year 2003-04 for projects related to anti-violence). <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant suggested that the money be allocated to programs operating in <br />the spirit of violence prevention. <br />
