Establish a date for a City Council Work Session to discuss use of gun tax revenues. It was noted staff will schedule this issue for the next available Work Session date. b. Recognition of National Racial Equality Day, September 12, 2002, and organization of a community event. It was noted the September 12, 2002 date may not be accurate and was suggested by Council Member Grant that this issue be tabled until after the National League of Cities Conference in March. Given this item will be tabled until later in March, it was noted there would be no need for a Human Relations Committee Meeting for the month of February. 7. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered for approval by the City Council with one single action. The City Council may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of discussion. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. Resolution No. 2002-15, Resolution Approving an Increase to the Contractual Services Agreement with Montgomery Watson Americas, Inc., to Provide Professional Design Services for the 2001-2002 Sewer Rehabilitation Project (Davis Street, Donovan Drive to Thrasher Park, and Marina Boulevard, Doolittle Drive to Merced Street), Project No. 01-593-52-115 (XREF 99-593-52-117) (provides for an increase of$41,512 to the existing contractual services agreement for subject project).
