Recognition of the Employee of the Month -~ For the Month of March 2002, John <br />Tapia, Information Services Department. <br /> <br />John Tapia was present to receive his award and introduce his family. <br /> <br />B. Proclamation Declaring March 2002 as Women's History Month. <br /> <br />Jennifer Neira accepted the proclamation on behalf of the National Organization for <br />Women. <br /> <br />C. The Mayor reported she presented the following over the weekend commemorating <br />the visit of Firefighters from New York City: <br /> <br />Proclamation proclaiming March I through 3, 2002 as "FDNY Days" in San <br />Leandro <br /> <br />Certificate of Honorary Citizenship to Firefighter John McNamara and members of <br />the FDNY Engine Co. 220 <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. When you address the <br />City Council, you should till out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the <br />order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names and addresses <br />obtained. <br /> <br />A.
