Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br /> <br />I. Council Member Santos reported on having attended the East Bay Division of <br />the League of California Cities Meeting. <br /> <br />2. Council discussion took place regarding the necessity to take a position on <br />ABG80 and SB910. It was recommended an item be placed on the next City <br />Council agenda to facilitate a discussion and City Council consideration of <br />adopting a resolution in opposition to both pieces of legislation. <br /> <br />B. Reports on City Council Committees <br /> <br />1. City and San Lorenzo Unified School District Liaison Committee Meeting of <br />February 5, 2002. Accepted as submitted. <br /> <br />2. Facilities Committee Meeting of Febmary 19, 2002. Accepted as submitted. <br /> <br />7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered for approval <br />by the City Council with one single action. The City Council may remove items [rom <br />the Consent Calendar for purposes of discussion. Items listed on the Consent Calendar <br />are deemed to have been read by title. <br /> <br />Items 7.D and 7.E were removed from the Consent Calendar to New Business. <br />The remaining items on the Consent Calendar were approved as follows: <br /> <br />M/S/C Santos and Glaze. Resolution No. 2002-29, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement <br />with Jolm Cahalan, Landscape Architect, Relating to New Playfic1ds at Washington <br />Manor Middle School, Project No. 01-122-38-224 (provides [or the preparation of <br />construction documents for the subject project). Resolution No. 2002-30, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement <br />with BKF Engineers Relating to the MacArthur Boulevard Streetscape Project, <br />Project No. 964-82-058 (provides for engineering design serviccs for the subject <br />project).
