ResQlution No. 2002-52, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement <br />with Bellecci & Associates, Inc., Relating to Downtown Pedestrian and Lighting <br />Improvements Project, Project No. 961-86-045 (provides surveying services to <br />prepare topographic survey for planning and future design of subject project). <br />Cost: $31,328.00. Resolution No. 2002-1 (GRAD), Resolution of the San Leandro Hillside <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District (GHAD) Accepting the Work for the <br />Hillside Drive Slope Stabilization Project, Project No. 01-241-38-113 (was 01- <br />230-38-113) (provides for acceptance of work from Norman B. Houge, Inc., filing <br />of Notice of Completion, and release of bonds). (2896) <br /> <br />E. ResQlution No. 2002-53, Resolution Initially Accepting Subdivision Improvement <br />Work (Public Improvements) for Tract 6929, 1801 Manor Boulevard; Subdivider <br />and Developer: Hope Lutheran Church of San Leandro (provides for initial <br />acceptance of subdivision improvement work constructed by Hope Lutheran <br />Church of San Leandro of four [4], single-family units on the west end of <br />Boxwood Avenue, and releasing bonds for said work).
