(These cooperative agreements support the City of San Leandro's grant application [or Califomia Reading and Literacy rmprovement and Public Library Constmction and Renovation Bond Act of 2000 funds. Provisions o[ the Bond Act provide for a 65% State, and 35% local match for successful applications). Funding: This agreement is contingent upon a newly constructed Manor Branch Library with the necessary space and equipment to conduct these activities. If the City fails to receive State funding to construct the library and engage in the joint venture projects, these agreements shall tenninate.).
