Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Public Comments are limited to 3 minutes per person. When you addrcss the City <br />Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the order <br />of speakers may be dctcrmined and an official record of names and addresses obtaincd. <br />Thc public is invited to make comments on Consent Calendar items, or othcr items of <br />public interest not listed on the Agenda, at this time. <br /> <br />A. Rohert Fox, 769 Donovan, addressed thc City Council regarding the vacant lot at <br />Davis Street and Douglas and the possibility of putting a library or a garden on the <br />site. <br /> <br />B. Harold Perez, 2052 Vestal Court, addresscd the City Council regarding both the <br />airport noise in his neighborhood and a constituent tracking system for repoliing <br />abandoned vehicles. <br /> <br />5. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT AND COMMENTS <br /> <br />John Jermanis responded to the question about the vacant lot at Davis Street and <br />Douglas by saying it is not practical to devclop the arca until the toxic issucs arc <br />resolved. <br /> <br />City Manager Jermanis also rep0l1ed Vallejo uses the constituent computcr tracking <br />system that Mr. Percz referred to fix abandoned vehiclcs. In San Leandro one full-time <br />police officcr is assigncd to this task. <br />
