(1405) <br /> <br />The City Council (1) directed the City Attorney to draft an <br />interpretation of the City Cha.'ter relating to the authority to issue <br />Proclamations, Commendations, and Resolutions; and (2) .'eferred <br />the matter of the issuance of Proclamations in support of entities <br />with religious or political connotations back to the Human Relations <br />Committee for further discussion. <br /> <br />No Vote <br /> <br />7. The City Council may remove items Ii'om <br />the Consent Ca1cndar fllr purposes of discussion. Items listed on the Consent Calendar <br />are deemed to have been read by title. <br /> <br />Items 7.A, 7.C, 7.D, 7.E, and 7.1 were removed from the Consent Calendar to New <br />Business.
