PRRSRNT A TIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />A. Recognition orthe Employee of the Month -- For the Month of August 2002, <br />Denice Moughon, Administrative Assistant IV in the City Manager's Office. <br /> <br />Denice Moughon was present to receive her award. <br /> <br />B. Presentation by the San Leandro Police Department Acknowledging the Efforts of <br />Frank Livingston, Eli "Rocky" Albino, and Jot Mangal in Organizing the 1 st <br />Annual Drug Abuse Resistance Education (O.A.R.E.) Car Show held on June 9, <br />2002. <br /> <br />Police Officer Tai Nguyen, presented the certificates. <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Public I-Tearing Comments arc limited to 5 minutes per person. When you address the <br />City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the <br />order of speakers may be detemlined and an official record of names and addresses <br />obtained. <br /> <br />A. Matter of Imposing Liens for Non-Payment of Delinquent City Service Charges <br />(authorizes the City to fOlward tax liens to Alameda County lor assessment on the <br />2002-2003 tax rolls for unpaid, delinquent charges). <br /> <br />This being the time and place lor the Public Hearing on the above matter, Joe <br />Pomar, Assistant Finance Director, gave a brief overview orthe outstanding liens. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br />
