He questioned how <br />many people this applies to, because it does not apply to the whole city. <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public, the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />M/S/C Santos and Badger. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />Council discussion ensued and the City Attomey confirmed that the City is moving <br />lorward with recording a Notice of Default and 1()reelosure on the Will's Family <br />Favorites property at 1991 Republic Avenue. <br /> <br />The following Resolutions were then introduced: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2002-98A, Resolution Overruling Protests Related to Liens for <br />Non-Payment of Delinquent Sewer Service Charges, Business License Fees, and <br />Garbage Service Charges. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2002-99, Resolution Confirming Report ofthe Finance Director <br />Imposing Liens for Non-Payment of Delinquent Sewer Service Charges, List <br />No. 2002-1; Business License Fees, List No. 2002-2; and Garbage Service <br />Charges, List No. 2002-3. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Public Comments arc limited to 3 minutes per person, When you address the City <br />Council, you should till out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the order <br />of speakers may be detennined and an ollicial record of names and addresses obtained. <br />The public is invited to make comments on Consent Calendar items, or other items of <br />public interest not listed on the Agenda, at this time. <br /> <br />John Manuel, 13122 Neptune Dr., addressed the City Council regarding aiqJOlt noise <br />Issues. <br /> <br />Mary Stark, 2483B W. Ave. 136th, addressed the City Council regarding prowlers in <br />her neighborhood and the lack of response from the Police Depmtment. She <br />additionally commented that she thought the issue of enfi)fcement of issues at the house <br />on W. 136lh Avenue were going to be on the agenda this evening. <br /> <br />D. J.
