Recognition of the Employee of the Month for September 2002, Frank Carrion, <br />Recreation Specialist I, Recreation and Human Serviccs Dcpartment <br /> <br />Frank CarTion was prcscnt to receivc the award. <br /> <br />B. Resolution of Connnendation recognizing the contributions of Heidi Finberg, Recreation <br />and Parks Commission, District 5. <br /> <br />Heidi Finberg was present to receive the commendation. <br /> <br />C. Presentation of Certificates of Recognition to Officer Randy Brandt, 011lcer Dan <br />Femandez, Sergeant Jim Lemmon, and Lieutenant Ian Willis, San Leandro Police <br />Department, for their accomplishments at the 2002 Califomia Police and Fire Games. <br /> <br />Lieutenant Willis, accompanied by Chief Kitchen, received the awards on hehalf of the <br />officers. <br />
