Motion approving the planned development, PLN2002-00031; to construct a proposed <br />new industrial business park on an approximately 21-aere site proposed to be <br />subdivided into nine parcels located at 2500 Davis Street; Assessor's Parcel Number <br />79A-515-2-8; subject to the Findings and Conditions of Approval. (1099/1009) <br /> <br />. Resolution approving Tentative Map, Tract 7382; to construct a proposed new <br />industrial business park on an approximately 21-acre site proposed to be subdivided <br />into nine parcels located at 2500 Davis Street; Assessor's Parcel Number 79A-515-2- <br />8; subject to the Findings and Conditions of Approval. Thc public is <br />invited to make comments on Consent Calendar items, or other items of public interest not <br />listed on the Agenda, at this time. <br /> <br />Raymond Veronda, 2447 Jamaica Way, addressed the City Council regarding his an"est <br />record in San Leandro from the 1960s and requested assistance with the matter. <br /> <br />Dennis Rostlcci, 13111 Neptune Dr., addressed the City Council regarding the South Field <br />Research Group and thanked everyone who helped with the project. <br /> <br />AI Padro, 325 Regier Ave., addressed the City Council regarding the traffic on East 14th <br />Street between Callan and Broadmoor. <br /> <br />Charlie Peters, Clean Air Performance Professionals, addressed the City Council <br />regarding legislation under consideration regarding the testing costs for smog checks. <br />
