PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />Mayor Young announced the following proclan1ations and awards: <br /> <br />. The Mayor and Council contributed $500 from the Mayor's Community Fund to the <br />Davis Street Family Resource Center. <br />. A Certificate of Appreciation was presented to Joanne Lothrop for her dedication and <br />comn1itment to the San Leandro Historical Society. <br />. A Certificate of Appreciation from five partnering agencies was presented to <br />Councilmember Garry Loeffler for his years of service as a Founding Member of the <br />San Leandro Collaborative for Children, Youth and Families. <br />. A Certificate of Appreciation from five partnering agencies was presented to Betty <br />Moose for her years of service to the San Leandro Collaborative for Children, Youth <br />and Families. <br />. A Certificate of Recognition was presented to San Leandro Links Shuttle (Gordon <br />Galvan, Executive Director) for being named "Business of the Year" by the San <br />Leandro Chamber of Comlnerce. <br />. A Certificate of Recognition was presented to Dr. Darryl Ray (Alpha Innotech Corp.) <br />for being named "Business Person of the Year" by the San Leandro Chamber of <br />Commerce. <br />
