Presentation to Coach Calcagno and the San Leandro High School Pirates Football <br />Team in Recognition of Their Winning Season. <br /> <br />Coach Dan Calcagno and members of the San Leandro High School Football <br />Team were present to accept. <br /> <br />3. SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. When you address the <br />Redevelopment Agency, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the City <br />Clerk/Secretary so the order of speakers may be determined and an official record of <br />names and addresses obtained. <br /> <br />A. Matter of the Disposition of Real Property Located at 635 Marina Boulevard; 872- <br />846 Marina Boulevard; and 936 Marina Boulevard in San Leandro (collectively the <br />"Property") Without Public Bidding, Pursuant to California Health and Safety <br />Code Sections 33430 and 33431, and Pursuant to That Certain Proposed <br />Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) By and Between the <br />Redevelopment Agency and the Batarse Family Trust, D.T.A., Dated May 7, <br />1987, Anthony A. Batarse, Jr., Trustee 635, 872-846, and 936 Marina Boulevard <br />(the "Agreement"). <br /> <br />Given the status of the above issue, which is currently being considered by the <br />Court, the City Manager recommended that the above hearing be called and <br />continued to Tuesday, February 20, 2001. He noted that the audience could speak <br />under public comments to this matter. <br />
