Frank Garcia, 119 Preda Street, addressed the City Council regarding GP AC <br />discussions that have taken place regarding the possible removal of homes on <br />Timothy Drive. <br /> <br />F. Aleta Walker, 14576 Outrigger Drive, presented Chamber of Commerce's 2001 <br />Business Plan. <br /> <br />G. Gary Molitori, 841 St. Mary Avenue, addressed the City Council and urged the <br />Council's support of the West MacArthur Boulevard Streetscape Plan. <br /> <br />H. Toni Lee Hage, 1130 Huff Avenue, addressed the City Council regarding the <br />proposed policy on residential substandard driveway reconstruction. She indicated <br />she would like interest free loans and resident's to have a one-year notice in <br />advance of proposed street reconstruction. She stated her disappointment that the <br />residents on Huff were not included in the compromise discussions. <br /> <br />I. Amanda Burk, 1146 Huff Avenue, addressed the City Council regarding the <br />proposed policy on residential substandard driveway reconstruction, indicating she <br />wants the City to repair her driveway. <br /> <br />J. Steve Chandler, Attorney, 1330 E. 14th Street, addressed the City Council in <br />support of the Resolution regarding the Yokota Nursery. <br /> <br />K. Steve Taber, 348 W. Juana Avenue, addressed the City Council in support of <br />the Central BART Revitalization Strategy. <br /> <br />L. Doug Federighi, 1051 MacArthur Boulevard, addressed the City Council in <br />support of the West San Leandro MacArthur Blvd. Streetscape Plan. <br /> <br />M. Denise Kaplan, 1400 Carpentier Street #328, addressed the City Council <br />representing the Pacific Plaza Homeowners Association and urged the City <br />Council to support the Central San Leandro/BART Revitalization Strategy. She <br />also reported that the HOA favored the development of the BART parking lot for <br />home ownership versus rental. <br /> <br />N. George Ramstad, 1026 Elsinore Avenue, addressed the City Council regarding <br />the Downtown Plan as it relates to the Long's parking lot. He indicated concerns <br />regarding the suggested changes in the parking design and indicated he feels the <br />problem is insufficient short-term parking. He stated his opposition to 2C and 3B. <br /> <br />O. Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council stating the <br />Council is in violation of the Brown Act and that the public should be able to <br />speak before, during and after items on the agenda. <br />
