AGENCXrPJl:ttGiaEA~G CALL TO ORDERfROLL CALL PRESENT: Agency Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffier, Nardine, Santos; Chair Young ABSENT: None A Matter of Adoption of Amendment No. 5 to the Alameda County/City of San Leandro Redevelopment Plan Relating to the Designation of Redevelopment Powers Among the Alameda County Redevelopment Agency and the City of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency (amends the Joint Project Area Redevelopment Plan to transfer redevelopment authority from the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency to Alameda County's newly reactivated Redevelopment Agency for the unincorporated portion of the Project Area and approves an Agreement between the County, the County Redevelopment Agency, and the City). This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, Luke Sims, Director of Business Development, provided the staff report regarding the proposed Amendment. The Hearing was then opened to the public. Terry Floyd, 240 Sybil A venue, addressed the Agency in opposition to the proposed amendments and to the use of eminent domain. Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the Agency stating he feels that the speaker cards are not being taken in the proper order. He stated his opposition to the proposed agreements and the need for a Public Advocate's office.
