Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />The City Council recessed from 9:25 p.m. to 9:40 p.m. <br /> <br />~~.['JOINT."(tJ'rV.'COUNctLJSANtEANDRO.REDEViLQrMtN't <br />........, . . ... ....,.. . . <br />AGENCXrPJl:ttGiaEA~G <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDERfROLL CALL <br /> <br />PRESENT: Agency Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffier, Nardine, Santos; <br />Chair Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />A Matter of Adoption of Amendment No. 5 to the Alameda County/City of San <br />Leandro Redevelopment Plan Relating to the Designation of Redevelopment <br />Powers Among the Alameda County Redevelopment Agency and the City of San <br />Leandro Redevelopment Agency (amends the Joint Project Area Redevelopment <br />Plan to transfer redevelopment authority from the San Leandro Redevelopment <br />Agency to Alameda County's newly reactivated Redevelopment Agency for the <br />unincorporated portion of the Project Area and approves an Agreement between <br />the County, the County Redevelopment Agency, and the City). <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, Luke <br />Sims, Director of Business Development, provided the staff report regarding the <br />proposed Amendment. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />Terry Floyd, 240 Sybil A venue, addressed the Agency in opposition to the <br />proposed amendments and to the use of eminent domain. <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the Agency stating he feels that <br />the speaker cards are not being taken in the proper order. He stated his opposition <br />to the proposed agreements and the need for a Public Advocate's office. <br />
