NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Items Removed from the Conseut Calendar. <br /> <br />7.L.Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Authorizing the Call fex Bids for <br />Marina/Neptune Entrance Intersection Improvements Project, Project No 0 I 507 <br />~~ 01-230-38-203 (provides for installation of entryway monument with <br />sculpture, landscape, and irrigation for subject project) Funding: PaFk-In-6i-ett-Fees <br />Marina Enterprise Fund. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion by the City Council it was recommended by Vice Mayor Glaze <br />and supported by the balance of the City Council to make a loan from the General <br />Fund to the Marina Fund rather than using Park In-Lieu fees for the Project. The <br />necessity on tracking and capturing all actual costs for the Marina through the Marina <br />Enterprise Fund was noted. <br /> <br />The following Motion and Resolution were then introduced <br /> <br />Minlltl~ Orckr No. 2001-67, Matter of Resolution Approving Plans and <br />Specifications and Authorizing the Call for Bids for Marina/Neptune Ent-faflee <br />Intersection Improvements Project, Project No. ~7-.$-+-i-22 01-230-38-203. <br />(2912) <br /> <br />The City Council directed sta'f to loan General Fund monies to the Marina <br />Enterprise Fund to fund this project. <br /> <br />M/S/C Glaze and Santos.
