CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />A. Council Member Santos asked that traftlc enforcement look into traftlc concerns <br />reported to him regarding 2209 Belvedere. <br /> <br />E. Mayor Young requested that the issue of City redistricting be placed on the <br />Agenda in September for discussion. <br /> <br />10. CONTINUED PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Continued Public Comments is limited to the balance of speaker cards that have been <br />submitted to the City Clerk and any new speakers who have not been heard. <br />Comments will be limited to 5 minutes per speaker. <br /> <br />A. Larry Kumabe, 467 Marina Boulevard, addressed the City Council and thanked <br />them for their comments. He added that this is the end of a business and the end <br />of a home. He indicated it is a difficult time for the Y okotas. Mr. Kumabe <br />thanked Council Member Nardine for her support of the family and Dale Reed for <br />his insight He thanked Liane Randolph for her efforts and complimented her on <br />her professionalism Mr. Kumabe concluded by stating he hopes this transaction <br />provides an opportunity Cor the City <br /> <br />B Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council regarding the <br />use of redevelopment funds He additionally commented on the use of eminent <br />domain and that the Council should review All 296. <br /> <br />The City Attorney noted that An 296 is legislation that is moving forward <br />regarding the split of administration of the county and city's portion of the joint <br />redevelopment project area <br /> <br />11.
