PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Public Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person, for a total time period of one <br />hour. Martin Francis, 964 Dowling Boulevard, addressed the City Council and made a <br />presentation to the Mayor in appreciation for the City's 25 years of assistance for <br />the Annual Flag Day Ceremonies. He also made a presentation to Kathy Ornelas, <br />Community Relations Otllcer, for her support over the years in organizing the <br />ceremonies for San Leandro <br /> <br />2. Larry Norry, 2532 Williams Street, addressed the City Council regarding the <br />Resolution on the Consent Calendar to rename a portion of Neptune Drive, <br />questioned the funds being used for the Marina Entrance Improvement Project and <br />the means by which the property was acquired for Fire House NO.1 O. <br />
