CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />A Council Member Santos commented on a proposed Resolution fiJr consideration <br />regarding the bailout of Southern Calif()rnia Edison; and remarked on the recent <br />passing of Bill Peluso <br /> <br />B. Council Member Loemer commented on the recent Project Impact signing <br />ceremony and thanked the Mayor for her leadership on the Project Impact Study <br /> <br />Council Member Loemer also requested an update on soh-story buildings in San <br />Leandro, the status of seniors being able to utilize the Main Library fl,r various <br />meetings that Llsed to take place there, and a repoli on the apariment complex on <br />Haas Avenue and the status of their ofT-street parking requirement agreement with <br />the City <br /> <br />Council Member Loemer thanked stafT for the successful Joint Oakland/San <br />Leandro Block P,uiy held over the weekend. <br /> <br />In conclusion, Council Member Loctller indicated that he would like to see a list of <br />Work Sessions pending <br /> <br />C. Vice Mayor Glaze commented on the need to review whether the City should <br />continue charging $4000 for non-resident library cards, as well as taking <br />advantage of Alameda County Committees and groups with regard to library <br />resources. <br />
