Council Member Santos reported on his attendance at a Bay Area Water Transit <br />Authority Citizen Advisory Committee meeting. lIe noted San Leandro is <br />designated as a site [or a ferry terminal for purposes of discussion and may end <br />up servicing quite a few communities in and on the San Francisco Bay. He <br />indicated there are four alternatives, two of which involve a site in San Leandro. <br /> <br />3. Council Member Santos said he also would be attending an all-day session <br />Thursday, October I R, on low~cost housing at St. Mary's Center at 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br />8.
