<br />Minutes - City of San Leandro City Council and <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting - December 17, 2001 <br /> <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />B. Matter of Proposed Mid-Year Adjustments to Fees and Charges for Services <br />Provided by City Departments for Fiscal Year 2001-02 (provides for mid-year <br />adjustments in fees charged for services by the City Clerk's Office, Information <br />Management Services, Community Development, Finance, and Human Resources <br />Departments. Revenue: $18,000 (approximately), General Fund. <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, Michael <br />White, Finance Director, presented the proposed mid-year adjustments. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council regarding the <br />proposed fee changes and expressed his concerns about the City's fee for appeals. <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public, the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />M/S/C Loeffler and Glaze. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />The foIIowing Resolution was then introduced: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2001-205, Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San <br />Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Fees and Charges for Services <br />Provided by City Departments for Fiscal Year 2001-2002, effective <br />immediately. (1051/2318) <br /> <br />M/S/C Santos and Badger. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Public Comments are limited to 3 minutes per person. When you address the City <br />Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the <br />order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names and addresses <br />obtained. The public is invited to make comments on Consent Calendar items, or <br />other items of public interest not listed on the Agenda, at this time. <br /> <br />A. Mayor Young recognized Tasha Bartholomew, reporter from The Daily Review, <br />thanking her for her good work with schools and welcoming her as the new city <br />reporter. <br /> <br />B. Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council to say that he <br />does not feel the comments he made at the last City Council meeting were <br />adequately reflected in the Minutes. <br />
