This report was the major focus of <br />the Downtown TOD Strategy Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) meeting on Tuesday, January 23, <br />2007. The City Council received a copy of this report as part of the CAC packet. The major <br />findings ofthe report will be presented in a PowerPoint presentation. <br /> <br />StalT recommends that the City Council provide comments on the Draft Strategy Plan Concepts: <br />Station Access Improvement Plan, Design Guidelines Repol1 for the Downtown TOD Strategy. <br />These comments will be forwarded to the CAC and consultants. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Analysis <br />Not applicable. <br /> <br />Current City Council Policy <br />Not applicable. <br /> <br />Previous City Council Action(s) <br />The City Council chose a 27 member Citizen Advisory Committee and approved a Contractual <br />Services Agreement with 8MS Design Group on January 3, 2006. <br /> <br />City Council Committee Review and Action <br />Not applicable. <br />
