The main library <br />has also been supplied with a copy orthe report. <br /> <br />Fiscal I mpaet <br />The City of San Leandro is a grant recipient of the Metropolitan Transpoliation Commission. This <br />Draft Strategy Plan Concepts report was prepared as part of that cirelli. The City or San Leandro <br />budget will not be impacted. <br /> <br />Bud2et Authority <br />The City of San Leandro is a grant recipient of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission in the <br />amount of $450,000. A supplemental planning grant of approximately $50,000 has also been <br />provided by Alameda County Transportation lmprovelnent Authority (ACTIA). <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />Starr recommends that the City Council provide comments on the Draft Strategy Plan Concepts <br />report for the Downtown TOO Strategy. <br />
